Our body holds somatic memory, by working to reconnect our mind and body is a key part of recovery from trauma

Attachment Awareness

We are social beings, and our development as individuals is strongly influenced by our attachment experiences. By understanding and healing attachment injuries, is key to changing our patterns of relating, and developing healthy behaviours, which in turn will align us with our personal boundaries and strengthen our ability to be our true self.

Here are some of the ways in I can work with you. The cost of therapy is £60 per 60 minute session

In-Person Sessions

I can meet clients in a welcoming therapy room in Poundbury, Dorchester. This space is designed to be a safe and comfortable environment where clients can explore their feelings and work through their challenges.

Online Counselling

For clients who prefer or need remote access, I offer online counselling sessions. These sessions have become increasing popular, and are conducted via secure video calls, ensuring privacy and convenience, making it accessible to clients across the UK and even internationally.

Flexible Scheduling

 Most people prefer the stability of a weekly appointment on a set day and time, which allows for consistency. There are times when people need to reschedule appointments and I can offer some flexibility when this happens. Ideally, scheduled weekly appointments work better all round. I work Monday to Friday.
